“The best thing to give to your enemy is forgiveness; to an opponent, tolerance; to a friend, your heart; to your child, a good example; to a father, deference; to your mother, conduct that will make her proud of you; to yourself, respect; to all men, charity.”

About the AFP-Greater Philadelphia Chapter New Member Buddy Program:
The Buddy Program was developed as a way of formalizing the relationship between new members and veteran members in a relaxed atmosphere. This benefit of your AFP-GPC membership offers a loosely structured setting to develop beneficial one-on-one relationships between members and deepen the relationships of new members with AFP. Acting as a friend, a teacher, and a guide to the fundraising profession, buddies have the opportunity to encourage and advise new members by sharing their own experiences and knowledge of the industry and the AFP-GPC organization.
Matches:
-
Matches will be made on a rolling basis as applications are received and will last for 2-3 months, connecting as many times as members' schedules allow. Beyond the program’s expiration, buddies may wish to continue the engagement.
