“The best thing to give to your enemy is forgiveness; to an opponent, tolerance; to a friend, your heart; to your child, a good example; to a father, deference; to your mother, conduct that will make her proud of you; to yourself, respect; to all men, charity.”

Benjamin Franklin

2020 was a bit much. Keeping up with your job and inbox is hard enough. Add in an unprecedented global pandemic, a less than desirable work environment, the aggravation of the entire family being home all day, and the fact that you haven’t seen your team in months. Everyone is dealing with new and evolving challenges right now. For many, working from home has lost its luster, and now communication breakdowns are setting in. We’re all starting to lose our patience. In this session, I'll share tactical and practical ways to ensure your team’s continued success in this “new normal.”

There is no one “right” way to work from home. Every company and family is different. But, the “wrong” way is not to communicate boundaries! It’s helpful to talk about this openly and collaborate with those you interact with most. Set boundaries, coordinate schedules, and share what’s not working. We will cover how to collaborate with a remote team, clear communication while working apart, leading with empathy, setting boundaries, and keeping team culture alive. Productivity Coach, Sarah Ohanesian, of SO Productive, equip you with the tools you need to help your team love what they do and be excited to show up to work each day, no matter where that is.
