Salary Range: $30 / hour
The Technology & Data Coordinator is a part-time position responsible for supporting The Bee Foundation’s website, CRM, project management system, technology platforms, and organizational data. This hands-on role will lead the day-to-day management and improvement of TBF’s website, ensuring content is current, engaging, user-friendly, and effectively supports fundraising and awareness efforts.
The Coordinator will also maintain accurate donor and constituent data, support reporting and analytics, and help manage and optimize platforms including Qgiv, Bloomerang, Slack, Notion, and WordPress. Working closely with staff and external vendors, this position will troubleshoot issues, support system integrations, streamline processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working independently across multiple digital platforms. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys using technology and data to strengthen operations and help a growing, mission-driven organization expand its reach and impact.
